General & cancellation policy:

The cancellation of the registration can be done until April 20th 2027 (50% will be refunded). All cancellations must be notified by email (info@technart2025.com).

Students must submit a proof of their student’s status. Student fees are only applicable for undergraduate, graduate and PhD students.

The Conference fee for regular participants and students includes:

• Access to the conference
• Welcome reception
• Gala dinner and social events
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Conference materials

The Conference fee for accompanying person includes:

• Gala dinner and social events (no access to the conference)

Payment:

Payment can be made online after registration.

The registration to TECHNART2027 is considered fulfilled after the payment of the conference fee.

THE FEES OF ACCOMPANYING PERSON have to be paid following the Inscription modality (analogous to regular participants or students).

STUDENT REGISTRATION is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students. They must submit proof of their student status, by uploading on the Registration Form an adeguate certification of the scientific supervisor/manager (In English) from their Institution.
