Computer projection facilities will be provided using Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or PDF (wide screen format 16:9 is preferred).

In the two foreseen poster sessions, a total number of around 250 posters will be presented on topics similar to those addressed in the oral sessions. Posters will be on view in the afternoons of Tuesday 12th and Thursday 13th, at which the authors are requested to be present for questions and discussions.

Size of the display support is: 2.0 m high x 1.0 m wide.

The recommended format for posters is ISO A0 portrait (841 mm x 1.189 mm).

Each presenter should bring his material to affix the poster. In any case, staff members will be present in the room if help is needed.
